So the answer is simple that each search engine has defined its own complex algorithm to rank pages accordingly. But here there is another question arises that if this algorithm follows any of the rules defined by the SEO specialists? Here you can find many different opinion from the specialists. Some of the lobby believes they follow SEO rules in their algorithm. But most of the experts believes they have defined their own rules and algorithm is very much dependent on them.
So the difference of opinion bring a speculation in the minds of the people that what exactly seo is all about and how the search engine works.
